Juneteenth Honor Flight

A Special Juneteenth Honor Flight

Guardian Information

Guardians play an important role in every Honor Flight.  Every Veteran should have a guardian.  A guardian can be a family member (not a spouse) or friend or caregiver, a generation younger with no physical limitations and able to care for you should anything happen during the trip.

Our Veterans fly for FREE all through donations that make this trip possible.  Guardians are asked to make a small donation to help cover  a portion of their participation in the trip.  The guardian donation for this trip is $250.  Guardians will be informed on when this donation is due when they are called to be confirmed for the trip.

A guardian provides companionship during the day.   An ear to listen to you the Veteran, a helping hand when you need it, etc.

Veterans and Guardian/Travel Partners may apply by printing and completing the applications below.  Applications may be mailed to the address or faxed to the number on the application to be added to the waiting list.
