Lone Eagle is a program of the Honor Flight Network. The mission of Lone Eagle is to serve and honor Veterans that are not already served or could be served by an Honor Flight Hub in your home area. Please visit THIS LINK to ensure you do not have an Honor Flight hub close to you. If you do, please apply with that hub. If there is no hub, you will be directed back to us to complete your application.
Veteran Applications
Honor Flight recognizes American veterans for your sacrifices and achievements by flying you to Washington, DC to see YOUR memorial at no cost. Top priority is given to WWII and terminally ill veterans from all wars. In order for Honor Flight to achieve this goal, guardians fly with the veterans on every flight providing assistance and helping veterans have a safe, memorable and rewarding experience. For what you and your comrades have given to us, please consider this a small token of appreciation from all of us at Honor Flight.

Guardian/Travel Partner Applications
Honor Flight would not be successful without the generous support of our Guardians/Travel Partners. Guardians/Travel Partners play a significant role on every trip, ensuring that every veteran has a safe and memorable experience. Duties include physically assisting the veterans at the airport, during the flight, and at the memorials. Guardians/Travel Partners are also responsible for a donation of $600 to partially cover their own expenses (airline, hotel, etc.). Please Note: Guardians/Travel Partners cannot be a spouse/significant other and should be one generation removed from the veteran Thank you for your support.
